Here are our thoughts on what to do after a diagnosis of a catastrophic illness.  We include a couple initial considerations and what we felt in the early days after Suzanne's cancer diagnosis. 

Not that we are complaining... but we are feeling a little stressed out.  Lots and lots of little stressors adding up to cause an impact.  We are bouncing back by trusting in our beliefs.

Do you struggle with your body weight? Do people criticize your weight? Do you make judgements of other peoples weight? Suzanne gets fired up about other people judging her body weight. Where does this judgement come from? Shadow projection?

Why do some people give us a real zing? Where does that energy come from? Our shadow hold lots of energy our ego doesn't want to let out. But, if we don't deal with it and let it out in a nice way, it will come out in strange and unhealthy ways.

We talk about three kinds of discouraging responses you may receive when you tell your tragic story. Similarly, you may have unintentionally given these responses when someone told you their story.

After some feedback about the Forgiveness podcast, I was told I should share one more part of the story. So, here it is. The whole murder, trail, conviction, and conclusion were all part of a very sad story for so many people...not just me and my family.
